1. Who you're dealing with
These terms govern your use of innatelyhalal.com and any purchase from Innately Halal Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Registered in England, company number pending incorporation. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptance of orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. We accept the offer only when we email you an order confirmation. Until then, no contract is formed and we can decline any order without giving a reason — for example if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect the order is fraudulent.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when your order is confirmed. We can't guarantee continuous availability of any product.
4. The product
The Barakah Pill is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult your GP if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision.
We make no claim that The Barakah Pill treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition. The product is intended only as a daily nutritional supplement for adult men.
5. Delivery
We dispatch from our UK fulfilment centre within one working day of order confirmation. Standard UK delivery is two to three working days. Delivery cost and expected dates are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
6. Returns and refunds
You can return any sealed, unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — see our returns policy for the process. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel from receipt. This is separate from and additional to our 30-day return policy.
7. Subscriptions
Replenishment subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days at the subscription price shown at signup. You can pause, skip, or cancel any month from your account, free of charge and at any time before the next dispatch. Cancellation takes effect immediately for the next billing cycle.
8. Disclaimer and liability
We take care to provide accurate product information, but the site is supplied "as is" and we make no warranties as to its uninterrupted availability or fitness for any specific purpose. Our liability for any single order is capped at the price you paid for that order, except for liability that cannot be limited under UK law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights).
9. Intellectual property
All content on innatelyhalal.com — text, design, photography, logos — is owned by Innately Halal Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page with its last-updated date. By continuing to use the site you accept the latest version.
