Privacy & your information.

Who is responsible
Innately Halal Limited is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Company number 17239609. Registered office: 78 Carrwood, Hale Barns, Altrincham, England, WA15 0ES. Use our contact form for privacy questions or write to this address.
Information you choose to share
An update request collects your email address, consent choice and the form source, tracking choices at the time of submission and a random submission event identifier used to avoid duplicate measurement. An enquiry collects your name, email, subject, message and any request to stop updates. Please do not include medical or other sensitive personal information. The hosting service also processes technical information, including network addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use your consent to record requests for development and availability emails. We use enquiry information to respond to what you ask and manage your request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing support. Registering interest does not place an order, activate a paid subscription or guarantee a launch date. There is no automated health assessment.
Our service providers
Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf. Love Yours Media manages digital operations for Innately Halal. Authorised people managing the website and enquiries can access these records. Netlify may process information outside the UK; its data-processing terms include contractual provisions for relevant international transfers. We do not sell update-request or enquiry information.
How long information is kept
Google Analytics user and event detail is configured for 14 months without resetting the user retention period on new activity. Aggregated reports can remain available for longer. Meta applies its own retention rules. Update requests are kept while they are needed for the requested development and availability updates, unless you withdraw consent. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and any relevant legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it should be removed or anonymised. You can ask us about the records held about you.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw an update request at any time using the contact form: tick “Remove me from development and availability updates” and provide the registered email address. This request is handled by the team; the website does not provide an automated subscription account. Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 processes page visits, technical browser information, coded campaign sources, selected navigation actions and successful waitlist registrations to help us understand website use. With marketing consent, Meta Pixel processes visits, technical information, identifiers and successful waitlist registrations to measure advertising and support personalised advertising. These services may receive network addresses and use cookies. We do not include your email, enquiry contents, medical information or answer-search text in our measurement events. Google and Meta may process information outside the UK under their applicable data terms and transfer safeguards. Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawal stops future events from this website and does not retrospectively undo earlier processing. Email-update consent is separate from tracking consent.
