The 30-day guarantee
Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We pay the return postage. The refund is processed within five working days of receipt.
Why opened bottles can't be returned
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, sealed health and personal-care goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off return right once the seal is broken — this is a hygiene rule, not a brand decision. Once a bottle is opened we cannot resell it, and we don't believe in restocking it for someone else.
If you've opened your bottle and have a quality concern — anything from a missing tamper seal to a damaged capsule — please email support@innatelyhalal.com with your order number and we'll resolve it for you, including a replacement bottle where appropriate.
The 14-day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Separately, UK law gives you a 14-day right to cancel from the date you receive the order. To exercise this, email support@innatelyhalal.com within 14 days of delivery. Return the (sealed) bottle within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
How to return
Email support@innatelyhalal.com with your order number and a one-line reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label and a confirmation of the refund window. Send the (sealed) bottle in its original packaging.
Subscriptions
Subscription bottles follow the same 30-day return policy as one-off orders. You can pause, skip, or cancel any month from your account before the next dispatch.
Damaged or missing parcels
Damaged in transit: email support@innatelyhalal.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We'll arrange a replacement same-day. Missing parcel: contact us within 14 days of expected delivery and we'll open a carrier investigation.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other UK consumer law.
